The Name:
The name? Ah yes, there are always questions about the name. We're located at 30 degrees north latitude overlooking the blue waters of the Bay Point marina and the Grand Lagoon near Panama City Beach, Florida.

The Style:
Casual Fine Dining. Acclaimed cuisine and gracious service. The menu is obviously new world, particularly in its reliance on local seafood and other regional food products.

The Commitment:
30° Blue is a recipient of the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005, and has won rave reviews for its cuisine, service and the depth of its wine and beverage program. The culinary and service staff share the commitment of the restaurant's owners to provide the finest dining experience in the area. Dirona recipient since 2004 (Distinguished Restaurants of North America).

Attire:
Casual resort attire is recommended, including shirts with collars and golf length shorts. We're most definitely not jacket and tie, but neither are we blue jeans, beach wear and tee shirts. Gentlemen are asked to doff their hats.

Reservations:
Always a good idea, particularly for larger parties.

How to Find Us:
We're located at Bay Town on the Bay Point Marina. Once you see the Bay Town sign, turn right following that road to your left and park.  Walk through the breeze way, past the Butler’s Pantry and turn left. 30° Blue is the last door on your left.

Hours of Operation:
Tuesday – Saturday, bar service begins at 5:00pm and dinner service begins at 6:00pm. The kitchen closes at 10:00pm.

Restaurant closes on Monday.

Chef Jason Morgan
We proudly announce the promotion of our Sous Chef Jason Morgan to the position of Chef De Cuisine of 30° Blue. Jason graduated from the French Culinary Institute in NY, NY in 2004 and has been preparing for the opportunity to showcase his culinary skills and delectable dishes. We welcome him as the new Chef of 30° Blue and look forward to the tantalizing cuisine that is sure to come from his kitchen!
