We had wonderful experience with our kids Jet Skiing for the first time. Jennifer was nice to provide us zip locks to secure phones and also providing instructions to get boater test for our 15 yr old. Aspen, our guide for the Jet Ski tour to Shell Island was so patient with our slow riders :-) to get them accustomed initially.  They have wonderful crew giving detailed instructions to everyone. Well if you want to ride the wave runners for a couple hours this is the place.  We went to just check out the Yamahas so we can purchase. We didn't have to spend double the money to rent one for an hour. This place was cheaper. You are in a tour and no craziness, however we didn't need that to check them out.
